Looking for Item AddOn

Some time ago I had an addon installed that when you moused over an item for it's stats. it would compare what is gained and what is lost.
no the addon is not 'eqcompare'.

to give a little bit more detail, the item would tell you in colors, this will be nice for wotlk, so i'm trying to find it again, any info would be cool GREEN STATS GAINED RED STATS LOSS

It was called Sigma Stats. I'm not sure if they still make it, but a quick search is indicating that they do not. I'll look for a replacement.
